Purpose and Mission: The purpose of the Adrenalin “Skaters Choice” Award is to edify and highlight the style skate community by honoring its constituents through and for their gifts, talents, skills and accomplishments in the roller skating community (locally and Nationally).
It is not a competition.
The Adrenalin "Skaters Choice" Award, is a peer-to-peer” nomination and ballot process which presents to the Style Skaters in recognition for their style, skills, talents and accomplishments within the Style Skate community.

Style Skaters Tv Network (SSTvN), Founded, August 18, 2007 as a minority owned premiere broadcast media, which will highlight various aspects of ice and roller sports/entertainment while promoting a broader and more diverse image of skating and the benefits for all ages.
SSTvN, a global international television network specific to all styles of skating, such as artistic, dance, jam, roller derby, skate boarding, inline, ice skating, roller hockey, health and fitness, performance/entertainment, reality, movies, historical and as well as education.
SSTvN highlights a mix of original and acquired programming for high profile skating event, through its diverse and multicultural community.
OUR MISSION
The mission of the network is to offer a broadcasting venue to show the various aspects of roller & ice sports and all the benefits it has to offer.

Skate DC Collaborative is a grassroots body consisting of residents, avid roller skaters, roller skating organizations, competitive skate groups, and community groups who believe an indoor roller skating facility and a city wide roller skating infrastructure will support efforts to strengthen and uplift youth, families, and communities throughout the nation's capital.
OUR MISION & VISION:
To advocate for a roller skating infrastructure to ensure the availability of state of the art facilities and a full range of city wide programming to meet the needs of all District residents.

National African American Roller Skating Archives

Archive Established - In 2004, Our Family Skate Association (OFSA) entered into an agreement with the Moorland-Spingarn Research Center (MSRC) at Howard University to establish the National African American Roller Skating Archive (NAARSA).
OFSA's role within the partnership is to connect with the community to collect items documenting the participation of African Americans in all aspects of roller skating. OFSA also works to promote the collection and the history captured within, organizing exhibits and producing other works to share the unique rich history revealed.
