ZERO TOLERANCE ACT &
POLICY OF 2009

During National/Regional/Local Roller Skating Events
(Private Rink Rentals), neither verbal nor physical altercations between guests will be tolerated. If a guest is caught participating in such actions, he/she will:

1. Be removed from location of altercation;
2. Will be photographed for banning purposes;
3. Will not be allowed to participate in the rest of the event activities;
4. May be banned from other events for one year (or longer) of infraction;
5. Not be eligible for monetary refunds.

If your Club, Organization and or event would like to be listed as a "ZTE" Event / Organization please complete to attached link and the office logo will be sent to you along with instructions on how to enforce and implement attendee notification of the enactment of the "ZTE Policy".

Zero Tolerance Act/ Policy

Zero Tolerance for Fighting: Fighting, whether physical or verbal, is strictly prohibited at all weekend events (hotel, skating, bowling, dances, parks, etc.).
Immediate Removal: Violators will be immediately removed from the event location.
Weekend Event Ban: Individuals involved in altercations will be barred from all remaining weekend activities.
No Refund Policy: No financial refunds will be issued to those involved in altercations.
Incident Documentation: A photograph will be taken of all parties involved in the altercation.
Coordinator Notification: All event coordinators will be informed about the individuals involved in the altercation.
Rule Display: This policy, along with other event rules, must be prominently displayed at the entrance of all weekend activities.
Coordinator Cooperation: Coordinators who sign this agreement commit to notifying the event coordinator if they recognize individuals banned from previous events.
One-Year Ban: Violators will be banned from all events hosted by signatory coordinators for one year from the date of the incident. Coordinators may extend this ban at their discretion and must notify the violator of the extended period.
